Silent Paw Tribute provides personalized digital tributes created with care, respect, and artistic interpretation.
Respect and Intention
Each tribute is approached with sincerity, care, and respect.
No work is produced in volume or through automation.
Every creation is treated as a unique act of remembrance.
No judgment is ever made — regardless of species, story, or memory shared.
Only respect.
Each tribute is:
-Unique and non-industrial
-Created individually for each request
-Subject to artistic interpretation
To initiate a tribute:
-You submit a request including relevant information (story, images, preferences)
-SPT reviews the request before confirmation
SPT reserves the right to decline any request that does not align with its values or standards.
Prices are communicated prior to order confirmation and may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the request.
SPT reserves the right to modify pricing at any time before confirmation.
SPT offers the following payment options:
-Full payment before the start of the project
-Split payment (50/50):
50% upfront50% before final delivery
For larger or specific projects, custom payment arrangements may be agreed upon.
⚠️ No final files, tributes, or deliverables will be provided until full payment has been received.
Each tribute requires time, care, and attention.
Estimated timelines are provided for guidance only and are not legally binding.
Delays may occur depending on:
-Project complexity
-Volume of requests
-Quality of materials provided
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
-The service is artistic in nature
-The final result is subject to interpretation
-The outcome may differ from personal expectations
SPT does not guarantee subjective satisfaction.
Each tribute is created with care and intention, based on the direction established with the client.
Two (2) reasonable, non-complex revisions are included, provided they do not fundamentally alter the nature of the work.
Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees depending on complexity.
SPT reserves the right to refuse excessive or inappropriate revision requests.
Due to the personalized and artistic nature of the services:
-Orders are non-refundable once work has begun
Before work begins, cancellation may be possible.
Partial refunds, if any, remain at SPT’s sole discretion.
You confirm that:
-You own or have the rights to all content submitted
-The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
-The information provided is accurate and respectful
Silent Paw Tribute cannot be held responsible for any misuse or unauthorized use of third-party content submitted by the client.
-Ownership of Work
All creations produced by ©Silent Paw Tribute remain the intellectual property of ©Lone Wolf Digital, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
-Client Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the client is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered tribute for private and personal purposes.
This includes:
-personal viewing
-printing
-sharing with close relatives or within private circles
-Restrictions
The client may not:
-resell, reproduce for commercial use, or distribute the work publicly for profit without prior written consent
-modify, alter, or transform the work without prior written consent
-Artist Rights
Silent Paw Tribute reserves the right to:
-display the work for portfolio or presentation purposes
However, this will only be done with prior consent from the client, and always with respect and discretion.
Deliveries are made in digital format unless otherwise specified.
Silent Paw Tribute is not responsible for:
-technical issues related to the client’s devices
-third-party platforms used for viewing or sharing the content
Physical products (such as prints or framed tributes) may be fulfilled by third-party providers.
SPT is not responsible for:
-Shipping delays
-Delivery issues
-Damage occurring during transport
Any issues related to physical delivery must be addressed with the respective provider.
SPT operates within an emotional and personal context.
While every tribute is created with care:
-Emotional responses may vary
-SPT cannot be held responsible for individual emotional reactions
Each tribute is a creative and artistic interpretation based on the materials and information provided.
While every effort is made to honor the memory and emotional significance of each companion, the service does not guarantee specific emotional outcomes or responses.
Silent Paw Tribute does not provide psychological, therapeutic, or medical services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPT shall not be liable for:
-Subjective dissatisfaction
-Emotional interpretation
-Indirect or consequential damages
These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
